Student Disability Resources offers proctored exams to students who are registered with our office and have an approved accommodation for exams, quizzes, midterms, and finals.
If you are approved for accommodations for proctored exams, it is your responsibility to communicate with your instructor at least three days prior to the exam to secure a date and time.
Students must complete an online request form prior to taking an exam. All Students must present their Penn State ID in order to take a proctored exam.
Upon submitting the form, your instructor will receive an email to complete their portion. You and your instructor will then receive a confirmation email with the date and time of your exam. If you do not show up or are more than fifteen minutes late, your exam will be returned, and you will have to begin the process again.
